Smoking hookah/shisha has always
been considered an act of novelty and an art having its own nuances, techniques
and etiquette. In the yesteryears, it was considered a pastime or social
activity of the royalty and elite. Shisha evolved in form, shape and size as it
traversed across Middle East, South Asia and Eurasia over the years. This trend
continues into the modern times with the traditional shisha being married with
technology to emerge as “electronic shisha” (e-shisha). Thereby, e-shisha can aptly be deemed ‘a modern art’.
This art form also has its
connoisseurs, like any other art form, and this fan-following is only
increasing by the day. However, this modern art story has a twist – these
aficionados are no more just the royalty and elite; today they come from all
walks of life as e-shisha has
redefined fun, entertainment, chilling out and socialising. Even so, it in no
way means that there is a compromise with the quality and experience delivered.
There’s a tough contest between
the competitors of this product segment to establish their product as the best electronic shisha while being
competitive cost-wise, to ensure that their product is also considered by users
as a cheap electronic shisha, thus encouraging increasing number of customers
to use and support it. So, the art of e-shisha seems to have reached a new
level of finesse – one wherein its enthusiasts have become extremely demanding
and sensitive about their wares, and require the best electronic shisha to also
be a cheap electronic shisha so that
they can indulge in their love for this art no-holds-barred.
